Teenage Evangelists in McBride

Category: BC Alive Message, Bob Folkenberg, McBride Church, evangelists, share him — Gordon Pifher @ 8:54 am

Share Him, formerly called Global Evangelism, has the potential to add 100’s of evangelists to our BC preaching team.

McBride Church - A Great Example of Share Him

    • Share Him Evangelism - April 20 - May 11, 2007 • Evangelists – Cory Lamming and Landon Will - both are teenagers. • Landon attended the boot camp in Prince George and is already mentoring Cory. •Non-member attendance - 20 • Bible studies continue in several homes • Good support from the church members • Head elder John Christison reports that both young men are so hooked on evangelism they are adjusting their lifework plans to include this ministry. • A simultaneous Youth Share Him was coordinated by church school teacher Kroy Christison with participation by grades 1-9 students. • Youth Evangelists: Robson Valley Junior Academy grade 7- 9 students along with two grade 10 classmates who are now completing their studies by distance learning education. • Attendance ranged from 15 -30 with an average non member attendance of 5.

We Need You To Pray

    • Pray that the Lord of the Harvest will find more workers – Maybe you! • Pray for these young McBride evangelists and their interested guests. • Please pray for the 100’s of BC evangelists that are still to experience this evangelistic excitement.

Share Him Refresher Course at Hope Camp Meeting

We have invited Share Him World Coordinator, Bob Folkenberg, to give a refresher course during the first weekend of Hope Camp Meeting. Plan now to attend.

“The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9: 37 - 38
