Working Capital (emergency operation dollars) is now at recommended level – approximately 90 days of Conference operation. • 2004 our working capital was 57% • 2006 it is 130%

Pension Plan Operation • Past and current Pension Plan obligations to SDACC are cared for in a balanced operating budget • No reserves or sale of assets
are being used to balance the operating budget • Thank you to SDACC for their subsidy to the conferences in Canada to assist with Past Pension obligationReported Blessing and Challenge • We are making major gains to bring our pastors and teachers to the same salary level as the rest of Canada. • September 1, 2007 we are implementing a 4.2% pay increase • Challenge - we are still behind the rest of Canada by 2.51%
Decision on Conference Capital Campaign Voted to launch a BC Conference Capital Campaign
Projects for consideration could include: • Camp Hope • Church Planting and Church Building • Creative Evangelism • Radio and Television • K-12 Education Scholarships
Administrative Leadership Will Work Through The Board of Directors to Develop a Well Planned Capital Fundraising Program 1. The plan would involve • Feasibility study for Capital projects • Setting goals and timeline for fundraising • Selecting an individual as part- time Development Campaign Coordinator
Decision on Conference Office Renovation or Relocation It was voted to relocate and build a new Conference Office within the following guidelines: • In Fraser Valley (Abbotsford area) • User-friendly location (possibly the present property site) • Revenue neutral (the sale of the Conference office property would cover the expense of building a new office).
